Based on your reflections, and on a scale of 1 to 10 (ten being optimal weel being) where do you rate your A: physical well being B. spiritual well being C: psychological well being
My physical well being I would rate a 10. I am a mother of four children/wife, work full time, and attends school full time. I typically work out siz days a week. My spiritual well being I would rate 10. I am a Christian believer, Iam in chirch every time the doors open. I beleive that everything happens from the master above. I read my bible everyday, and I listen to nothing but Gospel music. My psychological well being I would rate a 6. I am going through some tough perosnal times and it is extremely difficult to maintain my life as it is. Between my family, work, school, etc. Exercising and reading my bible helps me release the aggression I'm feeling at that moment. I am very pleased with myself and my life as it is.
Develop a goal for yourself in each area (physical, spiritual, psychological). Physical: My goal is to along with my daily exercise, try to mainatain a healty food diet, especially staying away from fried foods. Spiritual: To continue to stay connected with God. Psychological: Byalways remaining positive and always reach for the stars, I can do anything through God who strenthens me. What activities or exercises can you implement in your life to assist in moving towards each goals? I think just taking time out for myself once in a while, looking out for me. Taking more walks and listening to my body and think positive as always. This will help me to kkep focus and have a clear mindframe.
Hi Crystal. Sounds like you have a great hold on the physical and spiritual aspects of inner self. That is great. I am looking to improve my spiritual wellbeing for that is where I lack. My friend bought me a bible (nice leather bound) a while back and I have not set time aside to read it. I am looking forward to reading it and finding that zone that you are in to boost me up to a 10. I don't really have much advise on psychological other than for you to remember that you are an individual with the gift of life and it is your perceptions that affect your psyche. As you stated, perhaps take more time to stop and smell the roses?
